The user assumes all risks with regards to personal injury, damage to or failure of all or any Division Brand products, and any losses if the Division Brand product is used in a competitive event. The product whether bought in store or over the internet must be assembled by an authorised Division Brand dealer & qualified bicycle mechanic. All warranties are only extended to the original purchaser & for the original purchase. Normal wear & tear is not covered nor is abuse, improper maintenance or neglect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complete Bikes

Division Brand offer a six (6) months warranty on our complete bikes for any problems arising from manufacturers defects in materials & workmanship.

This includes these models…. Blitzer 14″, Blitzer 16″, Blitzer 18″, Blitzer 20″, Reark, Brookside, Fortiz & Maximus 26″.

This warranty only relates to the frame & forks for cracking only.

All other complete bike parts have a full 90 day warranty.

Any bending, stripped out threads, twisting, denting, blown bearings or other such damage is deemed as a sign of rider abuse or incorrect maintenance & not product failure. Therefore not covered by this warranty.

All finishes such as paint jobs, ED finish, anodise finish, chrome plate, hydro wraps or other finishes are not covered by any warranty. This includes scratches, rusting, peeling, fading, flaking or any other such occurrence. This is regarded as wear & tear & not covered by any warranty.

Special care should be taken with any bike finish. Cleaning or washing with water is not recommended in anyway. Always use a clean dry rag for any cleaning. Do not use harsh cleaning products when doing so.

Take special care to always wipe down & dry your bike in all areas if it does become wet with rain or water. Failure to do so & leaving the bike wet & dirty will definitely invite rust to appear.

Pro Forks

Division Brand offer a full one (1) year warranty on all our pro level Balata Forks for any problems arising from manufacturers defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty covers cracks only.

No warranty is offered on any replacement parts supplied within this warranty or any warranty.

The original purchase receipt MUST also be kept & presented when making a claim.

All claims must be made through the place of purchase in the country of purchase.

Any modifications to the product must be done by an authorised dealer & in a professional manner. This includes cutting the steer tube, machining out the drop-out slots etc. If it is determined, that these modifications were the cause for such failure, then any warranty is void. Any labour &/or transport charges for the replacement products are not included & must be worn by the purchaser.
